He has worked on numerous metalliferous projects in CIS. His responsibilities included managing the implementation of Drill Programmes; Grade Control; development and maintenance of QA/QC procedures in assaying; he was involved in resource and reserve estimates according to GKZ requirements for a number of mineral projects. Working with WAI, he was involved in Mineral Resource Estimations and other technical studies including Technical Due Diligence, Pre-Feasibility/Feasibility Studies, NI 43-101s and Competent Person Reports mainly for metalliferous projects across Central Asia, Russia and Europe. As a resource modelling geologist with WAI since 2013, he has modelled several polymetallic deposits in CIS for such companies as Kaz Minerals, Kazzinc, Ordabasy and Tauken-Samruk. Ruslan is an experienced user of Micromine, Datamine and Supervisor software. Ruslan has multilingual communication skills, proficient in both Russian and English.
